93' blast accused moves SC , claims Dutt's been favoured

A convict in the 93' Mumbai serial blasts has moved the Supreme Court, challenging his conviction under the TADA and alleged that film star Sanjay Dutt has been favoured by the judge P D Kode, as he was not convicted under the TADA although arms and ammunition were recovered from the actor's residence.
