Hannah Foster case: Kohli moves SC

The accused in the rape and murder of British teenager Hannah Foster, Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, Has moved the Supreme Court challenging the order of his extradition to the United Kingdom.According to the petition by Kohli's advocate, it has been contended that there is no prima facie evidence against Kohli, which according to the magistrate was the main basis for allowing his extradition.
