Algerian bomb blast kills 10

A suicide bomb attack at an army barracks in Lakhdaria, 70km southeast of Algiers, killed at least 10 people and injured 35. The attack, wherein an explosives laden truck was driven through the entrance of the barracks took place just hours before the start of the All-Africa Games.
