Pak used India's most wanted in negotiations with cleric

A militant leader, Fazalur Rehman Khalil, who features in India's list of most wanted terrorists, was part of the negotiating team used by the Pakistani authorities to persuade the chief cleric of the Lal Masjid, Abdul Rashid Ghazi, to surrender before the authorities.
