Gandhi's grandsons candidates for V-P elections

The grandsons of Mahatma Gandhi, Gopal Gandhi who is the West Bengal Governor and former MP Rajmohan Gandhi are possible candidates of the UPA-Left for the Vice-Presidential election. A notification has been issued by the Election Commision, formally setting in motion the process for the August 10, 2007, Vice-Presidential poll to elect a successor to Bhairon Singh Shekhawat.
