'Country faces shortage of leadership with nobility' :Kalam

According to Prez Kalam, the country was suffering from a "shortage of leadership with nobility," and that the people were now looking to the judiciary as their "only hope". He also praised the country's judicial system, referring to it as "dynamic" and "throbbing with life".
