Patil dismisses allegations, saying they are 'motivated'

The UPA-Left Presidential candidate,Pratibha Patil
dismissed the allegation levelled against her as 'motivated', stating that under no circumstances the campaign for the July 19 Presidential poll should "demean the dignity of the highest office". She also added that it was a 'distinct honour' to be a candidate for the post of President of the world's largest democracy.
