USS Nimitz triggers fresh protests in India

A fresh wave of protests have been staged in the South of India, over the visit of the US aircraft carrier, USS Nimitz. A prominent Muslim group, the Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam, described the ship as a "threat to mankind" that has been "responsible for the killing of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians."
