Nithari Case: Victim's father to depose Friday

The deposition by the father of one of the victims of the Nithari murder case has been deferred to July 6. The special judge had to defer the deposition by Nand Lal, father of alleged sex worker Payal, as one of the formal prosecution witnesses, Ashwini Kumar, was not able to complete his testimony.
