UK agencies hunt for Qaeda-linked network

Officials in Britain believe an al-Qaeda hand behind the three attempted terrorist attacks. They announced a fifth arrest and are conducting pinpoint raids across the country which is on its highest level of alert. Prime Minister Gordon Brown said "it is clear that we are dealing, in general terms, with people who are associated with al-Qaeda."
