Fate can be cruel. Gangster Ejaz Pathan, the only accused among the prime plotters of the 1993 serial blasts conspiracy to be tried and convicted by the Tada Court, on Friday succumbed to the very illness due to which he was spared a harsher punishment than the 10-year jail term handed to him.
