‘Kaskar could be costly slip’

Having failed to get a conviction against Iqbal Kaskar, brother of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, in the Sara Sahara case, Mumbai Police now fear that he would got scott-free and run Dawood’s empire in the city. Dawood himself hasn’t set foot in Mumbai for the last two decades, but his clout still prevails.
