Noida killings: CBI files 6th chargesheet, no charges on Pandher

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday filed its sixth chargesheet in the Nithari serial killing of women and children against domestic help Surinder Koli for raping and murdering a nine-year-old girl, but again came up with no charges against businessman Mohinder Singh Pandher.
