Spice to finalise offer price this week

Spice Communications Ltd, part owned by Telekom Malaysia Bhd, will announce this week the amount it plans to raise from an initial share sale, to expand beyond circles in Punjab and Karnataka.The company has the market regulator’s permission to sell 137.985 million shares. Spice is seeking funds to grow as overseasrivals deepen their presence in India.
