SC Bar Association suspends Anand, Khan

The Supreme Court Bar Association has suspended lawyers IU Khan and RK Anand from their membership pending an inquiry. The Bar Association has constituted a three-member committee headed by its president PH Pareikh to probe into the allegations against both the lawyers in the BMW case trial.
