Realty major DLF announced that its Board of Directors approved a proposal to raise a loan of up to US$1.5bn in a wholly owned subsidiary abroad. Till date, the world famous building has been lit in traditional colours only on the occasion of Christmas and the Jewish festival Hannukah.
