UK in top-secret work on new nuclear warhead : Reports

Maoists go on a rampage : Visakhapatnam

In the tribal area of Visakhapatnam district,a group of armed Maoists went on a rampage and destroyed public property late on Wednesday night. The Maoists used gelatin sticks to blow up the properties including an electric sub-station, a TV transmission tower and a Roads and Buildings guesthouse. The police have launched combing operations against the Maoists.

CID sents report to SC : Fake Encounter Case

The Gujarat CID, which is probing the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case, has submitted an 'Action Taken Report' to the Supreme Court in connection with the 2005 case. So far, the CID has arrested 13 police officials of the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad and Rajasthan Special Task Force, who were responsible for carrying out the fake encounter.

Lal Masjid : Total death toll 91
