Army foils second infiltration bid : J&K

The Security forces foiled the second infiltration bid in two days when they gunned down four intruders on Sunday night along the Line of Control in north Kashmir. Inspite of the fact that 70 per cent of the Indian population lives in rural areas, the dicussions regarding the nuclear deal have failed to address the perspective of the 'aam admi' i.e. the common man. The rural perspective is critical for several reasons, mainly the pathetic power situation face by poeple in rural areas.
