An NRI woman has been arrested for the murder of her two teenaged daughters in Strethem, Cambridgeshire. Rekha Kumari-Baker, 39, was arrested following discovery of the bodies of sisters Jasmine, 13, and Davina, 16, at her home on Wednesday and was being questioned on Thursday, police said.

'93 blasts: 5 year RI for 2 women, lifer for 1

Two women, convicted for their role in the 1993 serial blasts in Mumbai, were on Thursday sentenced by a special TADA court to five years rigorous imprisonment. The two women are Mubina Bhiwandiwala and Zebunissa Qazi.The court also awarded life sentence to Salim Sheikh, who was part of a group that threw grenades in the Fishermen Colony in Mahim, during the blasts.

Spice to finalise offer price this week
