A Pakistani government minister said that the Pakistani government has decided to drop corruption cases against former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. The Minister for Railways, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said, "The government has agreed to withdraw corruption cases against Benazir Bhutto".

Court directs CBI to frame charges against Pandher

In a move that could give a shot in the arm to the prosecution in the Nithari serial killings case, the CBI special court of Ghaziabad has directed the agency to frame charges against Moninder Singh Pandher under offences of rape and murder. After going through the statement of Nand Lal - the father of a victim, the Special CBI Judge Rama Jain issued the directive to the agency.

Tsunami alert in Andaman & Nicobar

A tsunami alert was issued on Wednesday to the Andaman and Nicobar islands, after a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.9 on the Richter scale stuck Indonesia. Meanwhile the Central government asked the Andaman and Nicobar Islands administration to monitor the situation.

Narco analysis test nails Bilal in Hyderabad blasts

As per the narco analysis tests the HuJI commander Shahid Bilal is responsible for the Hyderabad blasts. The tests were conducted on Imran aka Sayed Khan at the Bowring hospital in Bangalore and the findings revealed Bilal's hand in the blasts that rocked Hyderabad last week.
