India getting more honest : Transparency Intl

We can honestly say that as a nation we are not the most honest, but we are getting there. India is ranked 72 among 180 countries in the corruption index in 2008 and has marginally improved its position as comnpared to last year. According to Transparency International, India's integrity index has marginally improved to 3.5 in 2007 from 3.3 a year ago on a scale of 10 points.

Lotus India AMC launches Infrastructure Fund

A joint venture between two financial giants Fullerton Fund Management Group and Sabre Capital Worldwide called Lotus India AMC launched a Closed-Ended Equity Scheme with a maturity of 3 years. The objective of the scheme is to provide long term capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio comprising primarily of equity and equity related instruments of infrastructure companies.

NDTV gains on channel launch

Pfizer rises 7% : Stock Market
