Amla powder can be added to oil or henna. You can add 10 to 15 gms of amla powder to 100 ml pure coconut oil or sesame seed (til) oil. Put the mixture in a glass jar with a tightly fitting lid and keep it in the sun for 15 days, shaking it daily to stir the amla. Then, strain the oil and keep. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officers claimed that they caught a man ‘red-handed’ on January 1, 2006, smuggling 2kg heroin in his underwear pockets. But the court refused to stomach it.

Mumbai: The increasing volatility in gold rates has resulted in the difference between buying and selling rates increasing from an average Rs 50-100 to Rs 500-600 per 10 gms within the last fortnight.
In fact, a digital rate indicator at a top jeweller’s cash counter on Thursday displayed a difference of Rs 1,000!
