Western Railways on Wednesday assured the Bombay High Court that the quadrupling of the tracks between Borivali and Virar stations here will be completed by June 30. The assurance was given to a Division Bench of Chief Justice Swatanter Kumar and Justice S C Dharmadhikari hearing a PIL filed by one Hansa Mukati.
