Helsinki: A gunman went on a rampage inside a Finnish trade school on Tuesday, killing nine people before shooting himself in a failed bid to commit suicide, government and local officials said. The gunman has been identified as school student Matti Juhani Saari, the headmaster said.
“There are nine dead. We have no information about the injured or how many there are,” Prime Minister Matti Vanhan
