Ahmedabad: Tata Motors, which is developing small car Nano project in Gujarat's Sanand, will get benefits worth Rs 95 crore from the state government for developing infrastructure around the project area, sources said.
Tata Motors will get 20 years from the commencement of the project to repay the amount at an interest rate of 0.1 per cent.

Kolkata: The body of a policeman was found on Thursday morning in front of the Tata Motors factory in Singur. The body bore marks of wounds and was found in a ditch near the Durgapur Expressway which runs besides the Tata plant.
Bidhan Chandra Patra, 55, had arrived in Singur only on Wednesday, from Kolkata. He was a sub-inspector at the Enforcement Branch at Bhabani Bhawan.
