Chennai/Kollam: Thousands of survivors in Tamil Nadu and Kerala offered prayers at graves and thronged local beaches today while some voiced frustration on the third anniversary of tsunami which killed an estimated 15,000 persons in India's coastal states in one of the worst natural catastrophes.
