Percept Talent Management Pvt Ltd had filed an appeal against the Bombay High Court judgement which had allowed the cricketer to move out of this company after the term of agreement was over.

While Rubeena’s plea was summarily dismissed, the apex court ordered setting up of a medical board to asses Yusuf’s mental health.
