Mumbai: Over 55,000 taxis in the city have gone on a flash strike after 10 to 15 men attacked the taxi union office at Navjivan Society, Mumbai Central shortly before noon. Chandrasekhar Nair assistant secretary of the Taxi union, claimed that the miscreants belonged to the MNS. They broke computers, snapped phone lines and damaged the instruments.
