The body of Rahul Raj, the young man who was shot dead by the police in a BEST bus in Mumbai on Monday, will be taken back to Patna on Tuesday.
A post mortem will be done before taking his body. The state Chief Secretary will conduct an inquiry into the incident. But Nitish Kumar and Lalu Yadav, who met the Prime Minister on Monday, have demanded a judicial inquiry into the tragic incident.

New Delhi: In the last two days, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray has found support in Parliament for his movement against Rail Minister Lalu Yadav recruitment policy.
Balasore MP Kharabela Swain said, “The issues Raj raised are pertinent, though one can’t endorse his violent methods. Oriyas can crack the IAS, but not the Railways exam. All rail jobs are going to Biharis.”

The Patna High Court has adjourned four hearing of the state government petition challenging acquittal of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad and his wife, former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, in a disproportionate assets case against them.
The haearings have been adjourned until July.
