Instead of an additional Rs 50 for a LPG cylinder, you will now have to shell out only Rs 34 more as the current price. The LPG cylinder that would have cost you up to Rs 348 after the hike will now come at a reduced cost of Rs 334.

The government on Wednesday increased the price of petrol by Rs 5 a litre and that of diesel by Rs 3 a litre. The price of an LPG too has gone up by Rs 50 a cylinder.
