New York: Anand Jon, the celebrity Indian fashion designer, has been convicted by a Los Angeles court of raping and sexually assaulting seven aspiring female models of age between14 and 21 years.
Thirty four-year-old Jon, whose rise to fame has been designing dresses for celebrities like Paris Hilton and Janet Jackson, now faces life imprisonment. The sentencing is scheduled for Jan 13.

Los Angeles: Celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon was convicted on Thursday of raping and sexually assaulting aspiring models as young as 14.
