The public prosecutor in a cheating and extortion case against gangster Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar has said that he was threatened by some unidentified persons.Dilip Shah told a court that unidentified persons threatened him with dire consequences over phone on two occasions on June 12 and 14.

An inquiry against a crime branch senior inspector, who is suspected for his role in the Haseena Parkar case, will be initiated this week. Anil Mahabole has been accused of demanding money from an accused in the Parkar case, according to the complaint filed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
