NASHIK; Life in Nashik came to a virtual standstill as incessant rains lashed the city on Thursday and Friday, leading to one of the worst floods it has witnessed in 40 years.
While the Godavari River started to overflow, water levels in dams in and around Nashik also increased to uncomfortable levels.
