Andhra Pradesh-which was battered by rains for two days- on Sunday, experienced a lull in downpour with flood waters receding in coastal areas where 32 people were killed.Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy had undertaken an aerial survey of the worst-affected Kurnool district where several villages remained cut-off.
