E-governance is here to completely change the administration of the largest municipal corporation in the country. The Rs221 crore, three deck e-governance strategy undertaken by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) with its IT partner Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) looks towards decentralisation of the entire working of the corporation.
