Following global cues the Indian stock markets have gained further ground. At 9:59am (IST), the BSE 30-share Sensex gained by 60 points to reach 14487 and the NSE Nifty had risen by 14 points to touch 4223. In the US the Dow rose 42.27 points, or 0.3%, to 13,121.35.
