Panaji: An advertisement in the English daily Herald carried the half-page advertisement supported by 390 named individuals against the German minor who was allegedly raped by the nephew of Goa education minister Atanasio Monserrate.
Besides identifying the rape victim's mother by name, the ad also claims that the victim was "romping with men of older age at Goan night clubs".
