A real estate billionaire Leona Helmsley has left $12 million in her will for her dog Trouble but has excluded two of her four grandchildren entirely from accessing her wealth. Helmsley , referred to as the "Queen of Mean" was once infamously quoted as saying "only the little people pay taxes" prior to being imprisoned for tax evasion.
