Sita, the tigress struggles in Orissa zoo

In the Nandankana Zoo in Orissa a tigress is struggling to survive after she was shot by poachers more than two months back. Sita who has been in agony ever since, is admitted in the Nandankanan Veterinary Hospital. For the seven-year-old, the hospital is now her home as she has been here since the last two months.

Brain-dead girl's organs donated

Having realised that their daughter would not return despite all medical help the girl's parents and her relatives came forward to donate her organs when they were informed that they could help several others.
