Mallya bids for F-1 Team

The UB group chief and liquor-baron, Vijay Mallya has joined hands with the Spyker director of Formula One, Michiel Mol, to make a $109-million bid for the Spyker Formula One team. Govt debates cess on IIT, IIM students
