Indian board, it is learnt, will not agree if fresh evidence in the form of transcript from a stump microphone emerges in the two-day hearing on Harbhajan Singh's [Images] appeal against a ban beginning in Adelaide on Monday.
"The evidence could be tampered, it could be doctored. We wouldn't allow this so-called fresh evidence to surface after so many days," stated a highly placed Indian boar

MUMBAI: Three schoolchildren were killed when the CNG cylinder of a van they were travelling exploded here on Monday, police said.
The explosion took place in the Millat Nagar area of suburban Oshiwara, they said.

From the day Harbhajan Singh was banned for three Tests by ICC Match referee Mike Procter after the latter found him guilty of racially abusing Andrew Symonds during the second Test, the Indians have maintained that the decision was biased and unfair because Procter had no proof.
