Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Beijing to attend the seventh Asia-Europe Meeting Summit (ASEM).
ASEM has 45 partners, including 17 from Asia and 28 from Europe. The Prime minister said he hoped that the two-day ASEM summit would provide a broad solution to the raging global financial crises.
