Four children sustained injuries including two who were seriously injured while 'playing; with a gelatin detonator. The detonator exploded at a primary school in Teesgaon village in Dindori taluka as the four children, aged around 10 years,attached a wire to the gelatin stick and joined its other end to a battery, unaware of what they were doing.

NASA weighs repair to shuttle Endeavour

A 14-year old girl, who was pregnant, was set afire by four miscreants in Bhusawal. She succumbed to her injuries at the Jalgaon Civil Hospital on Sunday. The girl was having an affair with one of the accused and when she became pregnant, she asked him to marry her. However he refused to do so and on Aug 10 he set her afire with the help of two others.

10-month old baby's death leads to ransacking of hospital

A mob of about 300 protestors vandalised Vivek Maternity and Nursing Home after a 10-month old baby died due to alleged medical negligence. An explosion triggered a fire at the army's biggest field ordnance depot in the Kashmir valley resulting in over 20,000 villagers having to flee from the Anantnag's Khundroo region. Shells and shrapnel were sent flying in all directions due to intermittent explosions which continued to rock the Khandroo ammunition depot,thus endangering the lives of the people.
