Sebi panel to look into investors' woes

Swiss pharmaceutical major Hoffmann-La Roche's patents rights over Hepatitis C drug Pegasys has been challenged by public interest groups at the Indian Patent Office.This is the second post-grant opposition filed against Pegasys, after Wockhardt, a domestic drug firm, approached the patent office with a similar plea two months ago.

DLF IPO subscribed 41% at opening

The initial public offering of real estate major DLF, which is expected to mop up Rs 9,625 crore, received 41 per cent subscriptions within an hour of opening on Monday.The IPO received 7,19,15,490 bids for 17.5 crore equity shares on offer, latest data available on the stock exchanges shows. Of these, 7,390 bids were received at cut-off price.

Housing sector growth hits trough as investors shy away
