According to the police transcripts, Mohammed Haneef, repeatedly tried calling the British police after the bungled bomb attacks in London and Glasgow. Haneef said that he wanted to inform the police that he had left a SIM card with a cousin who was implicated in the attacks.

Jail officials discuss Dutt security

The senior jail officials at the Arthur Road jail - wherein Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt is currently being housed - held a meeting to discuss security for the superstar. According to sources, Dutt isn't receiving any special treatment at the jail and had to sleep on a concrete bed like all other prisoners and was provided the regular prison food.
